firmware update for corby 2

here a tutorial on firmware updating for corby 2

thing you need
1>usb cable
2>MultiLoader v.5.65
3>firmware (.rar)

process

1>first swicth off you phone , remove sim card, memory card .
2>put your phone to download mode (press volume down, lock button , call button )

3>connect usb
4>run multiloader
5>Select BRCM2133, Tick "Full Download" ,
6>Click Amss button and locate the "apps_compressed.bin" file
Click Rsrc1 button and locate the "xxxxxxx.rc1" file
Click Rsrc2 button and locate the "xxxxxxx.rc2" file
Click Factory FS button and locate the "xxxxxx.ffs" file
Click Boot and locate the "BOOTFILES" Folder.
Now click Port Search and then click Download.
Wait for ~10 mins. After that, remove the USB Cord and detach your phone.
Restart your phone.
Done! Your new firmware is installed!

DO this on your own risk ..if you are new to flashing ...then it is recommended you do this after getting some important info .

tell me in details ....what happened ?? did you follow the steps correctly ....

did you selected the Select BRCM2133, Tick "Full Download" in multiloader ...

after the process was done did a violet or blue colored screen appear saying something like 'wait 30 sec ' ???

if you are new will corby then i suggest don't do it ..cause you may go wrong ...first see the video tutorial posted by the admin ....
